In the Warhammer Community post they're just described as regular Chaos Space Marines, not Chaos Primaris or anything else different. For now it's just a few models in the Blackstone Fortress boxed game but we can assume there will be a proper kit of them at some point. It seems more likely that they're just a replacement for the ancient Chaos.
