There is a Komani Lake Ferry that shuttles people and a limited number of cars from the village of Koman to the town of Fierza in 2.5 hours, however there are smaller boats that also take guests to their guesthouses or bring supplies. I didn't find a way from Fierze to Lumi I Shales without going back to Koman first, which would have been OK if I had a bit more time but I decided to leave it.
